Tatsoi - Tatsoi Brassica rapa - BS1572
Tatsoi (Brassica rapa) is a variant of the more famous Pak Choi. The dark round, thick leaves are nice and crunchy and can be prepared raw or like spinach. It grows fast.
It is not difficult to grow; but it is root sensitive, so rotation is important. Water well. Protect from cold nights at first. Good winter resistance, can be collected for a long time and can be stored for a long time.
Harvest: 4 to 5 weeks after sowing, crops or individual leaves can be harvested.
ADVICE: Also suitable as baby plants (sowing period: March-August)!
